Vision

Imagine a place where downtown Fort Myers is at your doorstep, where interconnectivity and walkability isn’t just valued, but embraced, and where the waterfront is more than just a beautiful backdrop.

Welcome to Legacy Harbour, a mixed-use community envisioned for the heart of downtown Fort Myers. Here you can sip a cup of coffee overlooking the Caloosahatchee River, stroll the promenade after an afternoon in downtown Fort Myers, or grab a late-night bite after a day on the water.

Legacy Harbour pays homage to Fort Myers’ historic past, while building upon the legacy created by our community leaders over the last two decades to revitalize the downtown area. The project embraces the vision of Fort Myers icon Haywood Sullivan, who understood the important role this piece of property would play in elevating Fort Myers.

The sleek, sophisticated design brings the waterfront to life, creating a beacon on the Caloosahatchee beckoning boaters to stop for the day. View corridors give pedestrians and drivers along West First Street a peak at the best Fort Myers has to offer, while expansive walkways encourage residents and visitors alike to stretch their legs and enjoy the Southwest Florida lifestyle.
